I focus on insight that leads to behavior change, helping executives identify the beliefs and habits driving their leadership. Using evidence-based tools like Hogan Leadership Assessments and 360-degree feedback, I provide clear, objective data on strengths, risks, and growth opportunities.
The goal is simple: make leadership easier. By combining data, reflection, and a customized coaching approach, I help leaders show up with confidence, clarity, and impact – so performance improves.
