Executive Coaching
Let's be honest about what coaching is — and what it isn't.
It’s not therapy. It’s not cheerleading. And it’s definitely not a space for leaders to vent and leave feeling vaguely better without anything actually changing.
It’s honest, focused, sometimes uncomfortable work. And it gets results.
My coaching philosophy is built on three things: trust, candor, and measurable results. I create a space where leaders can name what’s really going on — without posturing, without performance, without someone nodding along telling them they’re doing great. Real challenges get named. Blind spots get surfaced. And untapped potential is uncovered.
Here’s how it works: I don’t just talk about leadership, I measure it. Using tools like the Hogan Leadership Assessment and 360-degree feedback, I get clear, objective data on what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and where the biggest opportunities for growth actually live. No guessing. No vague impressions. Just honest insight that leads to real behavior change. I then draft a development plan that identifies success measures, key activities to get there, and what ongoing development looks like post-coaching.
If that sounds like your kind of thing, you’re in the right place.
"Rachel really knows how to strike the right balance of empathy, insight and action. That meant I always felt both understood and motivated toward my own evolution. In both my individual work with her, as well as the work she did across my teams, Rachel brought a deft hand to pushing obstacles and inertia to unlock positive change."
