Rachel Wallins, Founder & CEO
When I was diagnosed with brain cancer, I knew I had two choices: keep living as I had been, or make a huge change. What I had no longer existed, so I took the leap, quit my job, and decided to follow my passion: helping people love their jobs
In my 30 years of increasingly senior roles in a corporate environment, I came to understand how being a leader could make people miserable. It’s hard, it’s tiring and it requires skills that we don’t usually have when given our first direct report. And for our team? Having an unprepared, under-skilled leader can make their work life intolerable.
My goal? Provide the learning, support, and coaching to help make leadership, and thus work for everyone, easier.
Rachel has been an instrumental part of our company’s senior leadership. She started with doing one-on-one developmental coaching sessions and progressed to executive coaching and now to helping the organization to further evolve its approach to strategic planning and organizational development. She’s become a trusted knowledgeable partner with high impact at both the individual and corporate levels. We are very glad to have her partnership!
