A brain cancer diagnosis has a way of cutting through the noise. When I got mine, I got very clear, very fast, about what mattered. I had spent 30 years climbing the corporate ladder — and I was good at it. But I knew there was something I was meant to do that I kept putting off. So I did it.

I left a 30-year corporate career and started Accelerate Talent Management where I coach, develop, and challenge leaders to get better at the hardest job in the building. But here’s what makes me different: I don’t just work on the soft stuff and hope for the best. I set real goals, track real progress, and measure results — in how leaders lead, in how teams perform, and in how the organization moves. Feelings are fine. Results are better.
